What is the Winbox?

The Winbox is a collaborative inbox that generates individual student support updates that your student can use to activate outreach, share ideas, or gain assistance.

Unlike their inbox distracting you from doing the work they need to do, the Winbox allows your student to have more focus and assistance no what matters to their learning outcomes. As a parent, you will receive wins, insights, and opportunities to curate conversations and deepen engagement with students to boost learning acheivements.

What safety measures are in place to protect my student’s personal data and information?

Our agents are vetted through a 5 step interview process in which they have an opportunity to demonstrate their ability to effectively communicate, support, and guide students along the path to success. Additionally, agents are screened through the certified National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) 5-step background check system that searches all counties nationwide, while also screening for alias names.

What is the goal of the intro call?

The goal of the intro call is to share more about OwnSchool and to learn about your family and students’ personal educational goals and challenges to see if what we do is a good fit.
